Dory fish, the main reason why I wanna come back to Jogoya! Sadly, this is not the past White sauce dory fish that I have been dreaming for, the fish is the same, but the marinated sauce has turned, Asianish, I guessed they marinated it with some spices, the fish became , rather dry, yet, I still ordered 3 plates of it! SUPPORT FISH SUPPORT PROTEIN!

and no, they are not omitting the white sauce dory fish, perhaps because last year I have ordered too many plates of it, the chef became frustrated and so they prepared it in a hot pot, filled with white sauce and dory fishes, dedicated for a choosey yet loyal customer like ME. and I am stupid enough to realize that dish in the end, come on, who will spotted something that is suppose to be ala-carte to be hidden inside a soup pot???

that’s the white sauce dory fish I am talking about, however, I am not fluttered by their idea, such big chunks of DORY Dipped inside the white sauce was a bad idea, because, the reason is simple, I want it to be ala-carte. MUAHAHHAHAHah
